7 days, full refund, no questions asked — on every plan. That covers single-report purchases ($2.99), monthly memberships ($9/mo), and founding yearly memberships ($39/yr).

How to request one

Email lio222832@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Creem (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges at any time.

After 7 days

Because premium content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases older than 7 days are generally non-refundable — but if something is broken or you feel misled, write to us anyway. We would rather refund than have an unhappy reader.
